Financial Security-United European Airlines has provided an insurance bond to meet the
requirements of the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992.
In the event of United European Airlines Ltd. insolvency protection is provided for all package
holidays commencing in and returning to the EU. In the event United European Airlines Ltd becomes insolvent(Bankrupt) andyou have not yet traveled you may claim a refund, or if you have already traveled, you may claim repatriation to the starting
point of your package.
Cancellation Policy
All trips by Air must be paid for in full at time of booking. All trips by air are sold on a use or lose basis, they are not refundable and can not be changed.
All trips by bus, are payable on date stated for payment. On all confimations issued you have 48 hours to cancel without cancellation fee or admin charges. After 48 hours of booking if you cancel
for any reason there is a administrative fee of 20 euro per seat booked. If you cancel more than 30 days from departure there is a penalty stated on each trip confirmation, which varies from trip to
trip, then there is only the admin charge, if you cancel less than 30 days from departure the full cost of the ticket is due, unless we can find a replacment for you and there is then a 75 euro per
seat cancellation fee. Special discount tickets other cancellation terms are stated on the confirmation to you.
