Cancellation Policy for US Military trips only. All other programs please see cancellation as stated on confirmations sent to you

All trips by bus, are payable on date stated for payment. On all confimations issued you have 48 hours to cancel without cancellation fee or admin charges. After 48 hours of booking if you cancel for any reason there is a administrative fee of 20 euro per seat booked. If you cancel more than 30 days from departure there is a penalty stated on each trip confirmation, which varies from trip to trip, then there is only the admin charge, if you cancel less than 30 days from departure the full cost of the ticket is due, unless we can find a replacment for you and there is then a 75 euro per seat cancellation fee. Special discount tickets other cancellation terms are stated on the confirmation to you.
